      In 1992, Considering the importance of science and technology, the college started science faculty with Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. Department of Botany.(DoB) offers B.Sc. course in Botany and always attempts to provide superior education to the students.Other than lecture method, the department is making use of LCD projectors wherever possible. For achieving learning goals, seminars are conducted and assignments are given to the students. Study tour, field visit, eco friendly Rakhi preparation activity is arranged to increase their interest and upgraded knowledge in this subject. Google classroom, Google meet apps are used for online teaching and provide study material whenever is necessary.
